¿What was the best food you ate during your vacations?

¿Do you Know Vegetarianism?

Definitely my favorite thing about the vacations is the food. I am not vegetarian but I love trying new flavours and the vegetarian food is an innovate gastronomy.

First,I will recommend my 5 favorite restaurants:

•  El Buen Alimento:

Oh god, I like every but my favorite food in this place is vegetarian tamal, is delicious and cheap,so I like the vegetarian and vegan cakes and deserts, the spaguetties with champions, I like the red fruit drink, always the lunch of the day is excelent option to eat good. The restaurant is located in San Antonio.

• Kuan Yin:

 

It´s vegetarian chinese food, the restaurant owner thinks the food is a beatiful labor to give conscience to people, the food is amazing with variety of options to eat, my favorite food in this place is lentil meat, eggplants,vegetarian lumpias and soy milk. This restaurant is located in Tequendama,in the south of Cali.

• La Revolucion de la Cuchara:

There are many thing in the life I cant understand,I am just going to say that this restaurant has history, you know the Hare Krishnas?, they are devotees of the teachings on krishna of Swami Prabhupada. In this restaurant there are no menu, only the food of the day, but it food is delicious and the attention is really good. The food include the main course, the drink, the desert and the tea, if you buy a Hare Krishna necklace, you will ask for a free extra portion. The restaurant is located in San Fernando.

• Casa de Unidad:

The owners are exceptional people, the place is pretty good to relax, talk and listen Andina Music, the food is very good, I am happy eating wholemeal bread there, I dont know how made that bread,but it's my favorite. The food is variety, in their menu they have pizza, hamburger, spaguettis, lasagna and anothers, the interesting thing about this meal is that it contains many seeds such as Quinoa, Chia, Amaranth (the perfect complement for rice) that have a high nutritional level and is very delicious. There was the firt place that I heard the vegetarian meat.The restaurant is located in Buga.

• Pita Majita:

It's a lebanese restaurant for all public (there is meat), the food is delicious and cheap, the attention is very good. The lunch of the day include the main course, the drink and the desert.The restaurant is located in San Antonio.

Well, The best food I ate in vacations was definitely Shamba Shai tea with bread. Wow I think that the best thing in the life are the most simple, I love the bread, I even want to marry with baker ( it's kidding), it's important enjoy each one in the life and be happy with the little things.
